TTSC, PCR, DGR, ELI/ELM, AVI, HUM, SEN, VUN, VAL, and WET shipments are accepted against digital, airline-specific checklists with a guided four-step wizard — AWB lookup, acceptance checks, the digital checklist with on-screen signature capture, and automatic email dispatch. Where no airline checklist is on file, the system falls back to the handler's standard checklist, then to the default procedure — a documented acceptance record for every shipment, every time.

RRMS is two platforms in one. Alongside the handler workspace, a dedicated forwarder partition — with its own secure login — closes the loop between agent and warehouse: pre-alerts in, status updates and signed PODs back out. No phone calls, no inbox archaeology.
Pre-alert submission
Forwarders lodge pre-alerts with AWB details, cargo types, and document attachments before the truck arrives. The airline is notified by email automatically on submission.
Live status notifications
Acknowledged, received, or rejected — every status change on the handler side triggers an automatic email back to the forwarder, with flight details and rejection reasons included.
POD received inbox
When the handler dispatches a proof of delivery, the forwarder receives it in a dedicated inbox — complete with the signed POD PDF, AWB list, and read tracking.
DGD certificates
Dangerous Goods Declarations are managed digitally — certificate lists, templates, and per-shipment records in the same portal.
